"There you go" from the sky above Leon, a bag came flying down and Leon caught it with both arms.
Leon then proceeded to look inside of it before saying "Nice"
"Our end of the bargain has been completed, but by no means should anyone know about it, got that?" Damien looked down at Leon and said.
They had just killed the marquee of the dalriss family. This was a big deal that could see the royalty turn on them, it had to be kept under wraps.
"You have my word, i will leave today" Leon smirked and hopped on the back of his kaga puppet.
"Good," Damien nodded.
When Leon came to him with a plan to not only stop the sorcerer but rescue him from the schemes of thw royalty Damien was a bit sceptical. Leon was but a newly promoted level 2 warlock at the time, but he really had no choice.
It was a leap of fate.
"Wait a minute, before you go. I’ll give you one piece of info." Leon stopped Damien and the rest.
" the royals will suffer heavy losses, its the best time to consolidate your power, join forces with the warlocks and split the kingdom in two" Leon said with a firm tone
The old monster of the golden Griffin clan had broken through, Leon had seen first hand what a level 5 mage could do. Abiet him going against just its soul. They stood no chance against him. Not by a long shot.
Leon’s words though, they made Damien and the rest frown. They were originally planning to use the chaos to either negotiate with the royals or remove their powers from the kingdom.
But Leon’s words.....it seemed like he knew something they didn’t.
"If we meet in future I hope its on better terms" Leon bowed once again and the kaga puppet slowly dashed out of the area. Leaving them hanging in the air.

"Heyaaaaa" a sharp beam of golden light came slicing downwards from a spear head rushing towards a man in golden robes.
The energy the light emitted seemed otherworldly, carrying a sort of glow that seemed to be able to tear through space itself.
"Hmp!!!" The man in golden robes shook his head and dodged the attack by moving to the left.
"A powerful weapon in the hands of the weak is just a waste" after dodging the man commented at the poor usage of the spear.
It was indeed a powerful weapon, the likes that even he hadn’t seen for a very long time. But this guy couldn’t use it to its full potential.
Now if it was his grandfather? That would be a different case.
(But still, how did they get their hands on such a weapon)
The man in the golden robes mused.
The golden Griffin clan was prominent and immensely rich, but they definitely couldn’t afford a weapon like this. Hell, even he couldn’t afford a weapon like this.
"You...I’ll kill you!!!" The current head of the golden Griffin clan went crazy with rage and slashed forward.....this was his chance to prove himself to his grandfather. Kill yunas and stay as the head, lose and get unseated by his father.
"Enough!!!" Seeing the clan head rush towards him the king spoke In a commanding tone, following which...

An extraordinary gust of mana blew through the sky and pushed the clan head away.
The king was no ordinary peak level 4 great mage. The distance between him and the stage of level 5 wasn’t that far.
His only opponent could only be the old man on the golden Griffin clan.
"You think I don’t know that? Shut the fuck up and get into formation"
His commanding officer put him in his place. He was right, when level 3 fighters enter the field it usually meant that the place was no longer safe.
Even though level 4 existences were still more powerful, they were few and their side could easily block any attack. But there were a multitude of level 3 fighters all over the kingdom.
If they started throwing spells here this place would soon become a ruin. They were just too hard to keep track of.

Slowly level 3 fighters started appearing in the skies of the royal Palace and all throughout the central City.
"It’s a shame that Alaric couldn’t be found" next to Liana, the winged devil commented with a slight chuckle.
Liana really wanted to kill Alaric for what he did to her, but upon getting to the Dalriss Household she met in in rumbles and bodies were all over the place.
They couldn’t find him
It seemed like someone else had targeted the dalriss family household.
"Truly a shame" Liana said with a hint of annoyance. But it was soon replaced with clarity. "It’s about to start" she said.
"Goo!!!" From infront of her, a warlock with a gigantic build pointed outwards
And in no time it took off.
From each side level 3 warlocks and mages started to engage each other effectively destroying buildings and damaging infrastructure.
Even if this battle was to go sideways, the central City would have suffered heavy losses that couldn’t be fixed in a small amount of time.

However, this level of destruction couldn’t be compared by what would happen next.
" Ancient Godly descent Formation circuit"

Even higher that where the level 4 beings were fighting.
The figure of a man in golden robes and a furry mass around his shoulder could be seen.

Around the outter Palace several ancient inscriptions emitting a terrifying energy Began appearing from out of nowhere.
