Chapter 31 The Path to Entrepreneurship
Chapter 31 The Path to Entrepreneurship
Sunshine Long-Distance Running, PU Pocket Campus, and College English Test Band 4 and Band 6 are all indispensable parts of college life. While they have no impact on the final grade, they determine whether you can graduate normally four years later.
There are 30 sunshine runs per semester, 20 of which are required to be morning runs, and the speed must be kept within the normal range. Otherwise, if the speed exceeds the maximum value, the run will be deemed invalid.
No wonder the proxy running market is so hot; these are all pain points in the industry that urgently need to be solved but cannot be solved for the time being. After all, you can't make an official app yourself.
Chen Che was still pondering whether or not to get up early tomorrow to go for a morning run with Chen Sui when Xu Zhen called.
"Hey, junior, where are you?"
"On my way back to the dorm, almost there, what's wrong?"
"Then come back first."
"Okay, wait for me a moment."
Before he even entered the dormitory building, Chen Che saw Xu Zhen anxiously standing outside, looking around. As soon as she saw Chen Che return, she seemed to have found her anchor and hurriedly came to greet him.
"What's wrong? I remember you went to buy some goods?" Chen Che asked.
"Something went wrong?"
"Is the product of poor quality, or did Sister Lu change her mind?"
Logically speaking, it's impossible. This time, I signed a contract with Hong Lu seriously, and Hong Lu personally oversaw the quality of her work, so it's quite reliable.
"The goods have all been delivered normally," Xu Zhen sighed and continued, "but we seem to have forgotten something."
"What?"
"If we were all doing our own thing before, then having an empty bed in the dorm would have been enough."
"We have such a large shipment, and we have nowhere to put it."
"Tsk."
After listening to Xu Zhen's explanation, Chen Che realized that this problem did indeed exist.
Previously, there had been no issues with warehousing, so I hadn't considered this possibility at all.
"So what's the situation now?" Chen Che asked.
"I'll lock myself in an empty dorm room for now."
"Will the dorm manager agree to this?"
"Well, of course they're not that easy to talk to. I gave one of the dorm supervisors two packs of Yuxi cigarettes, and that's how he let me use them temporarily," Xu Zhen explained. He said that a dorm supervisor had checked the dorms before and saw a bunch of snacks piled up on an empty bed, which was obviously against the rules, so he just gave him some things to appease him.
"That's great, senior, you know how to handle things," Chen Che praised.
"What can we do? This is just a temporary solution, not a cure. When someone wants to move to a different dorm, we'll definitely have to make room here as soon as possible."
"It's fine to use it in private, but it's not something that can be brought into the public eye." Xu Zhen sounded a bit worried.
"I'm really out of ideas, junior. Do you have any suggestions?"
"Hmm..." Chen Che pondered for a while, pinching his chin.
"I remember our school has a policy to support student entrepreneurship, right?"
"Is...is there?" Xu Zhen touched his nose guiltily. Before meeting Chen Che, he could only do some small business casually, and he had never considered thinking about the problem from the perspective of starting a business.
"Of course there are. In our country, the ways to make money, besides those written in the criminal law, are found in various policy documents and five-year plans," Chen Che said.
Besides the major opportunities of the times, policies and plans themselves are also opportunities to seize. From the direction a boss should take to start a business, to which industry to work in to make money and have a job, all these require reference to official documents and white papers.
Even figuring out how to obtain government subsidies is a possible avenue, but of course it's illegal and should not be attempted.
Chen Che opened the school's official website on his phone, scrolled through the pages, and finally found one:
Notice on Further Implementing Our School's Education Policy and Encouraging Our Students to "Be Courageous in Innovation and Dare to Start Businesses"
In fact, Chen Che had already considered this matter, but he hoped to increase the scale of the application first, so that the success rate would be higher.
But now, the die is cast, and there's no turning back.
"I'll handle this. You just focus on building good distribution channels and don't worry about anything else."
"Alright, then it's up to you, Mr. Chen."
......
Chen Che took a shower and lay in bed, pondering how to proceed with this matter, when his phone rang.
Chen Sui's message caught my eye: "Tomorrow morning at 7 o'clock, remember not to forget."
"I don't have any classes tomorrow, so I won't be leaving my dorm."
"You're so lazy! Don't you need to do your morning run?"
"No rush, we'll talk about it later."
"Do you know what 'tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow' means? There are so many tomorrows. Come down for your morning run at 7 a.m. tomorrow. If you don't come, I'll call you."
"..."
Chen Che sighed. It's hard for low-energy people to understand why high-energy people can be so full of energy every day, especially someone like Chen Sui who can quickly regain her spirits after experiencing some setbacks.
The grand pronouncements on the playground may seem insightful, but putting them into practice is a different story. Everyone understands the big principles, but that doesn't mean people will actually do them.
For example, you can find out by opening the school's official website and looking at the "Clean and Healthy Campus" section.
The next morning, while Chen Che was still sound asleep, a phone call forced him to turn on his phone.
"Hello, Chen Che." A familiar and sweet voice came from the telephone receiver.
"You really hit me, sister?"
"Of course it's true. I knew you couldn't get up. Come down quickly, I'm waiting for you at the dormitory entrance. Time waits for no one."
Chen Che glanced at his phone: "It's only 6:40!"
"It's better to start early than late. Doesn't it take time to get up and wash? My plan is to start running at 7 o'clock sharp."
"Hey, here it comes."
In the end, Chen Che chose to sleep for ten more minutes, wash up in five minutes, and then rush to the dormitory door in five minutes of life-or-death speed, yawning sleepily.
Chen Sui was dressed the same as yesterday. That's the good thing about quick-drying clothes; in the summer, they can be washed and dried by the next morning.
Seeing Chen Che come out of the boys' dormitory, he smiled and waved.
"Let's go," Chen Che said, also greeting them.
"Let's do some simple stretching first," Chen Sui gently shook her head, "otherwise, it's easy to get muscle cramps if you move around too much at once."
"Okay." So the two of them spent five minutes warming up their bodies before officially starting to run.
The background music for my run today was Landy Wen's "Summer Breeze," composed by her fellow labelmate Jay Chou.
Along the way, Chen Sui kept telling him how good fasting aerobics was, and Chen Che responded with "uh-huh" and "okay" in response, but in his heart he was thinking, "Girl, you have such a good lung capacity."
The thought of having to repeat this painful experience 19 more times made Chen Che sigh and ask, "Class monitor, how many times have you done your morning run?"
"Let's count this as the 31st time."
"What? 31 times? You only need to do 30 times in total." Chen Che was stunned. There were 20 morning runs and 10 regular runs, which is only 30 times in total. Chen Sui not only did all of them, but she did all of them in the morning runs. How long has it been since school started?
"Yeah, I'm used to it. Every morning after my run, I eat breakfast, go to class if I have class, and do other things if I don't. It's very comfortable," Chen Sui replied, slightly out of breath.
As a senior researcher of the "early riser ruins the day" school of thought, Chen Che could only chuckle and express his admiration.
More than half an hour later, the two of them set off from the dormitory entrance, passed the school history museum, went south across the large playground to the south gate, circled back, and ran to the large library.
I occasionally ran into a few classmates who were also doing morning runs. Seeing how the school was still asleep, I realized that the normal daily cycle at school only officially begins when people start running at 8 a.m.
The two sat on a bench eating breakfast, tacitly keeping a distance of one seat between them. They watched as people lined up at the library entrance across the street. The steamed buns they had eaten after their morning workout were more delicious than the ones they usually wolfed down when rushing to class.
