93: Joke
93: Joke
Han Wen drove away from Jubaopen Records and went straight home. Then, he waited for night to fall.
He has already borrowed five cars and 30 guards from Zhou Yu.
Tonight, no matter how many reporters and fans there are, he will force his way out of Yang Tianmei's rented apartment.
After the incident, it is said that Yang Tianmei has been stuck at home for almost a week and hasn't gone out.
Although the house she rented was not small, it was far from being a courtyard house or a large villa.
Every day, she stayed indoors, with only her assistant going out to buy her food and drinks.
You don't even need to think to know how miserable her life must be.
Han Wen had met Yang Tianmei before; she had a sweet voice and a cute appearance. However, she seemed to lack both emotional intelligence and common sense.
More importantly, the other person should have a very gentle personality, lacking any assertiveness or perseverance. Such a soft-hearted nature makes them easily hurt.
Han Wen waited in the room until it was pitch black before coming out to get into the car.
"Wenwen, where are you going so late?" Han Qingyan asked, puzzled.
She understands Korean, and unless it's something important, he's too lazy to go out, not even during the day, let alone at night.
"Mom, I'm going to pick a wife for you." Han Wen joked with his mother, "Don't worry about me, I'll be back soon."
"You're always talking nonsense to your mother. Be careful, or I'll beat you up." Han Qingyan couldn't help but laugh when she saw her son talking so inappropriately.
Bai Feifei has been away filming for some time now, and it's really not easy for Han Wen to live alone at home.
Even if Han Wen was just joking, Han Qingyan wouldn't care if he actually went and snatched a girl back.
All she cared about was whether this girl could give Han Wen a son and her a grandson.
"Really, I'm not kidding. You'll see once I get her back." Han Wen continued his bluff: "However, I can't bring her home."
Otherwise, if Feifei found out, she would definitely make a scene.
Han Qingyan suddenly realized that her son wasn't joking. The smile on her face gradually disappeared, and she stopped talking.
"Mom, what's wrong?" Han Wen noticed that his mother's expression was off and realized that his joke had gone too far, so he became worried.
"Wenwen, what you're doing is wrong, and Mom can't support you." Han Qingyan was silent for a while before saying, "So, you must not bring her back."
Unless, of course, she gives birth to your child and my grandson.
If things really come to that, I'll talk to Feifei. If she feels she can make it through, then she should. I'll treat her as always.
If she feels things can't go on, then let's part amicably. I'll give her everything that's rightfully hers, and I'll make up for any shortcomings I've caused her.
"Mom, Feifei and I won't break up." Han Wen shook his head: "Don't worry, I know what I'm doing. I can control my own woman."
"A woman's heart is like a needle at the bottom of the sea. Wenwen, women are more complicated and petty than you think."
"How could you possibly control this?" Han Qingyan shook his head: "If it weren't for me, you would have already been ruined by Feifei."
In the future, remember to be more discreet. You're someone of status and position now; causing a scandal won't do you any good.
A peaceful and prosperous home, a thriving family, and a lineage of descendants—this is the true happiness of a family. You must understand this principle.
"Okay, Mom," Han Wen nodded.
"Go ahead, be careful," Han Qingyan instructed.
Han Wen nodded, opened the car door, and drove away from home.
When he reached the main road outside the alley, the five yellow motorcycles parked on the side of the road naturally followed him.
While driving, Han Wen used a walkie-talkie to contact the person in charge in the car behind and explain the situation. Then, he led them straight to Yang Tianmei's residence.
The convoy drove at breakneck speed for nearly an hour before finally arriving at a brand-new, upscale residential area. Once all the cars stopped, Han Wen got out.
He held the walkie-talkie, glanced at the burly men standing in front of him, and felt safe and reassured that he, along with ten others, could at least take on one of them.
"Ten people come with me upstairs, the rest of you stay downstairs. Remember, control anyone who seems suspicious."
"Even if a dog or a cat comes along, you must stop them." Han Wen said while giving instructions, "You must guard this place until I bring my men down and drive away."
Only my orders matter. No one else's words, including President Zhou's, are valid. Understand?
"Understood!" Dozens of people shouted in unison, their imposing manner and deafening voices shaking the heavens.
These were indeed professionally trained guards, and their skills were formidable. Han Wen was very satisfied with their performance, and turned to lead the ten men upstairs.
There are only two elevators in the entire building, and the ten people occupied them all, starting from the first floor, not allowing any strangers to enter the elevators.
Otherwise, they would all be treated as suspicious reporters or fans and pinned to the ground.
The elevator was fast; in the blink of an eye, it reached the twelfth floor. Han Wen arrived at Yang Tianmei's door and started ringing the doorbell.
The peephole opened quickly. Then, a strange voice came through: "Who's outside?"
"Han Wen, you're here to pick up Yang Tianmei." Han Wen shouted loudly, "Open the door!"
"So it's Chairman Han." Yang Tianmei's assistant, Xiao Yan, finally breathed a sigh of relief and opened the door.
Han Wen told the people behind him to stand outside the door, and went in alone.
The large room felt empty and deserted with only Yang Tianmei and Xiao Yan inside.
"Chairman Han, you've arrived." Yang Tianmei paused for a moment before greeting him.
Her voice was as sweet as before, but the smile on her face was gone. She looked tired, and her beautiful eyes had lost their captivating sparkle.
"Have you packed your things?" Han Wen nodded. "If you have, you can just come with me. Someone else will take care of everything else."
"It's all packed up." Yang Tianmei nodded.
"Okay, let's go then." Han Wen nodded and turned to leave.
Yang Tianmei hesitated for a moment, then gestured to her assistant before following Han Wen out of the house.
"Leave two people here and move everything in the room to the car and take it with you," Han Wen instructed. "The rest of you come with me. Remember, protect and take good care of those two."
The group nodded in unison, then dispersed, protecting Yang Tianmei and Xiao Yan in the center, and walked together toward the elevator.
A group of people arrived outside the elevator and began waiting for it.
As soon as the elevator doors opened, two people suddenly rushed out and pounced on Yang Tianmei, shouting frantically, "Yang Tianmei, Yang Tianmei, Yang Tianmei..."
Yang Tianmei, who had been staying close to Han Wen, truly hadn't expected something like this to happen. Her face paled instantly, and she desperately wanted to find a place to hide.
Han Wen was also surprised. In his astonishment, he turned around and shielded Yang Tianmei. Startled, she buried her face in his chest.
Fortunately, the bodyguards reacted quickly, stopping the two men before they could reach Yang Tianmei. They were then pinned to the ground, unable to struggle.
"Just keep her under control, don't hurt her." Han Wen instructed as he put his arm around Yang Tianmei and led her into the elevator to go downstairs.
